Torus Technologies operates both Kalipr and Swarmix. Advisory work does not involve Swarmix. If a client independently needs cross-tool AI visibility, Swarmix is one option among several.
What Swarmix does
Cross-tool visibility and policy for AI use.
Swarmix shows which AI tools an organisation uses, how teams adopt them, and whether operating rules are followed. It sits above individual AI vendors without replacing them.
Why this page exists
Torus earns revenue from both Kalipr and Swarmix.
That is a commercial interest. We address it by keeping the two completely separate. Kalipr advisory work is scoped, contracted and delivered without reference to Swarmix. Reports may identify a need for cross-tool visibility, but the recommendation will always include alternatives.
If a client wants Swarmix
That is a separate conversation with a separate contract.
A client who decides they want Swarmix after an engagement contracts it separately. The advisory fee and the product subscription are unrelated commercially. Kalipr does not earn commission, referral fees or incentives from Swarmix sales.
